SOME ANSWERS TO SOME COMMON QUESTIONS

Helping our little planet cope with our waste!................. By premium recycling your cartridges you are helping the environment by reducing the need for land fill. Over 40,000 tons of unrecycled cartridges go into landfills a year in the United States alone!
Also it takes about 1/2 litre of oil to produce each new laser cartridge.

Will recycle and remanufactured cartridges last as long as the new ones??

YES! The amount of toner used is exactly the same. In fact most of our cartridges have more toner in them so you actually get more pages.

Will the quality be as good as a new one??

YES, because of the quality components that we use & access to the latest information on technology.
WE GUARANTEE IT!!!!!!

Will my printer warranty be voided if I use recycle and/or remanufactured cartridges???????

CERTAINLY NOT! In most countries it is against trade practices law to insinuate that your warranty will be voided. It has to be proven that the remanufactured or premium recycle cartridge is at fault & this must be confirmed in writing! If this happens (in over 5 years of remanufacturing or recycling cartridges it hasn’t) we will repair your machine at our cost. You can't get a better deal than that.

Are recycle and/or remanufactured cartridges inferior to new ones?

No. there should be no difference in the print quality or page yield of a remanufactured cartridge. Remanufacturers use only graphics quality toner and replacement parts that meet or exceed the OEM standard. Most manufacturers guarantee their products to perform as well or better than new cartridges.

How does recycle and/or remanufacturing cartridges help the environment?

Recycle and/or Remanufacture both laser and ink jet cartridges reduces the amount of non-biodegradable plastic in landfills. Additionally, the manufacturing process used to create new cartridges depends heavily on fossil fuels, usually imported fossil fuels. That's why the EPA has mandated the use of remanufactured cartridges for all federal agencies.

Can I really save money by using recycle and/or remanufactured cartridges?

Yes. As much as 40 to 60 percent, depending on the quantity of cartridges your company uses, your savings can amount to thousands of dollars each year.

Is there a downside to recycle and/or remanufactured cartridges?

No. Using recycle and/or remanufactured cartridges saves money, helps preserve the environment, provides as high a quality product, and helps support local small businesses. Most federal and state governments now require the use of remanufactured cartridges when available.

Why don't more businesses recycle?
In a word -- education.

(A) The office products recycling and/or remanufacturing industry is relatively new; just 10 years old. The industry is working diligently to educate the consumer about the value of recycling and/or remanufactured cartridges, and today more than 33 percent of all American businesses used recycling and/or remanufactured cartridges. Quite an accomplishment in just ten years. Through public relations campaigns, local, state and federal legislation, more and more end-users are realizing the added value of recycling and/or remanufactured cartridge products and services.

(B) Recycling and/or Remanufacturers replace worn parts and upgrade others in the cartridge with parts that are often superior in quality and performance to those in a new cartridge. A significant number of recycling and/or remanufacturers are now ISO qualified, thus ensuring a product that meets the rigorous testing credentials applied by the International Organization for Standardization.

Am I really helping the environment by purchasing recycling and/or remanufactured cartridges?

Definitely. Each discarded empty laser printer cartridge adds approximately three pounds of unnecessary waste to our landfills. Waste that will take as long as 10 centuries to decompose. It is estimated that 100 million laser printer cartridges and 400 million ink jet printer cartridges are produced each year. Recycling and/or Remanufacturing these 500 million cartridges will save an estimated 4 million cubic feet of landfill space. The office products recycling and/or remanufacturing industry has made and will continue to contribute a substantial positive impact upon the environment and the economy wherever it exists

We have tried recycling and/or remanufactured cartridges before but had too many problems with them..

We use to hear this a lot years ago. In some cases it can be true. The remanufacturing and/or recycling industry, like most industries, does have it's not so good trades people.
